NECK EXERCISES



Lever lateral left neck flexion
Difficulty Level: Beginner

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Sit in the machine, place the left side of your head against the pad. Grasp the handles for support.

Step 2: Slowly move your head to the left by hyperextending neck and return to the starting position. Repeat.
